Where i can pick up my multi-activity pass ?
At the cash desks located in Les Orres 1650.
I want to get a 6-day multi-activity pass for my child, but my child turned 12 during these 6 days
The age considered for the version you must buy is the one from the first day of validity. In this case, if your kid is 11 years old on the first valid day of the pass, you can get a kid's version for him/her.
Do we get discounts on other resort activities upon presentation of the multi-activity pass ? If yes, where can I find them ?

I don't want to have unlimited acces to certain activities on my multi-activity pass. Can i choose something else ?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the provided activities. Only the activities mentionned as "unlimited" on the Multi-activity pass are open to it.
Can i be refunded it my stay ends before the expiration of my multi-activity pass ?
We can't refund the pass once it has been used, even partially.
Is the multi-activity pass refundable ?
The multi-activity pass can be changed or refunded as long as it has not been used and the expiring date has not passed
Can i pay for my multi-activity pass with holidays vouchers ?
Yes ! You can pay either with electronic vacation vouchers on our website,or with regular ones, directly at cash desks in les Orres 1650.
Can we do the same paid activity multiple times and benefit from the discount by presenting the multi-activity pass ?
This case is at the discretion of the service provider itself. Please ask them directly.
