☀️ What are the resort's opening hours ? 

In summer, the charlifts and slopes are open from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. The Pic Vert & Prélongis chairlifts are available from 9 a.m to 5 p.m and Pousterle from 9.15 a.m to 4.40 p.m. For more information, please consult the link below :

CHAIR LIFTS

☀️Where should i keep my sky pass to use the chair lifts ?

The rechargeable card must be carried in closed pocket on the left side, as the detectors located at the entrance to the chair lifts are on your left.

Additional advice : avoid piercing the card, as this will damage the chip. Do not place metal or magnetic objectfs (telephone, bank, card, small change) in the same pocket, as this may interfere with card recognition.

☀️ Do i have to show my pass at every chair lifts ?

No, your magnetic card automatically opens the gates at the lifts.

☀️ Is there a free lift in Les Orres resort ?

Yes, in summer, the large Préclaux carpet lift is free.

☀️ Which chairlifts can i use if i'm not MTB ?

The pedestrian chairlifts are Prélongis, Prébois, Pic Vert and Pousterle. They allow you to enjoy the panoramic view and acces the three mountain restaurants : Zenith (Pousterle), Chalet des Fontaines (Prélongis), Pic Vert, and Refuge Étoilé (Préclaux carpet, Les Orres 1800).

☀️ Can i take my dog on the chairlifts ?

In summer, dogs are allow and, if possible they should be equiped with a safety harness.

 

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

 

☀️What is the web promo rate ?

You benefit from a preferential rate on purchases made at least 48 hours before your first day of MTB and only on our website. Please note that passes purchased at this rate are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unsure of your dates, it is better to stick with the standard rate.

☀️ Who should i contact if i encounter difficulties when buying online ?

- You have 30 minutes to fill your basket and pay for your purchases. If an order takes you more than 30 minutes and the contents of your basket have disappeared, you will find them in the ''quote'' section of your personnal account. This will allow you to resume your order where you left off.

- If you have a different problem, please contact online sales support on 04 92 44 16 24.

☀️ I have not received confirmation of my online order.

A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is confirmed. Check that this email has not been sent to your spam folder. If you are unsure whether your order has been confirmed, log in to your account and check that the order appears in the ''My Orders'' section and that your email address is correct.

☀️ I purchased my pass and rechargeable card online. Where can i collect them ?

You can collect your pass from the vending machines using the confirmation number and/or QR code that was sent to you by email.

☀️ Where are the ticket sales and information points located in the resort ?

You can go to the ticket vending machines (withdrawal, purchase and top-up) or directly to the ticket sales and informations points.

☀️ What payment methods are accepted ?

At points of sale : cheques, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers (we do not give change), credit cards. We do not accept sports vouchers.

Online : e-ANCV vouchers. 

At vending machines : credit cards only.

☀️ Should i keep the receipt that i received when i made my purchase ?

You must keep it, as you will need to present it if your pass is lost or damaged. Without it, we will not be able to help you if you encounter any issues. We recommend taking a photo of it with your smartphone so that always have it with you.

 

MY PACKAGE

☀️ If i don't want to go MTB anymore, can i lend my package to someone else ?

No, your pass is personnal and non-transferable. It cannot be lent or transferred, even if you are unable or no longer wish to use it. Please note (see Terms and Conditions) : any person using a chairlift giving acces to the area covered herein without a valid pass, or with a non-compliant pass, will be subject to the penalities and legal actions described below : payment of a fixed fine in lieu of posecution (Articles L-342-15, R342-19, and R342-20 of the French Tourism Code).

☀️ I have lost my pass, what sould i do ?

Go to the point of sales & pass information desks with the paper receipt you received when you purchased your pass or your online purchase transaction number. We can issue a duplicate pass for a 10€ administration fee. The lost pass will be blocked and therefore cannot be used by anyone else.

☀️ How long is my season pass valid for ?

The summer season pass is valid for the entire summer season, from the first to the last day of operation.

☀️ How long is my pass valid for (non-season pass) ?

Passes are always valid for consecutive days. For example, a 2-day pass is valid for 2 consecutive days form the first day of MTB specified at the time of purchase. The same conditions apply to 3 to 6-day passes. Days not used during the validity period of the pass cannot be carried over or refunded (see Terms and conditions). For hourly passes, the numbers of hours is counted without intteruption, consecutively from the first time you pass through a chairlift terminal. If, when the chairlifts close, the hour credit has not been used up, it cannot be carried over to a later day, refunded or exchanged.

☀️ Is my package purchased online valid on a date other than the one chosen ?

No, all packages purchased online are  dated an can therefore only be used on the date chosen at the time of purchase.

 

SPECIAL RATES

☀️ My child will be turning 11 during our week in Les Orres. What price applies to the package ?

The age used to determine the price is the age on the first day of MTB. For example, a child who will be 12 on 23 July and who purchases a weekly package starting on 21 July (first day of MTB) will be entitled to the child price for the entire duration of their package. However, if their pass starts on the 23rd (their birthday) or later, they will have to purchase an adult package. 

☀️ I am student, am i entitled to a preferential rate ?

During the summer, we do not offer student rates. 

☀️ How can i take advantage of special packages (children under 5, seniors, or people with disabilities) ?

You must go to a point of sales & pass informations desks with an official document (ID card, passport, health insurance card, family record book...). Without proof of eligibility, no free pass can be issued.

☀️What about the person who accompanies someone with a disability ?

If the discount card states ''need for assistance'', the companion travels free of charge. Packages will of course have the same period of validity. Please note that discounts cannot be comined (e.g. discount for persons with disabilities + tribe offer).

 

MY RECHARGEABLE CARD

☀️ If i'm only going MTB once, do i still have to buy the 2€ rechargeable card ?

The card is obligatory, so you'll either need to buy one or bring one that's compatible with skidata system to recharge it.

☀️ Can i use rechargeable cards from other stations ?

Yes, if you have a skidata system card (23 digit number starting with 01-01614). Teamaxess system cards cannot be used.

☀️ Can i get a refund for my rechargeable card at the end of my stay ?

No, the cards are non-refundable, as no deposit is required. They can be reused for future stays or at other resorts equipped with skidata system. They are also valid in summer. 

 

INSURANCE

☀️ My child is ill. Can i get a refund for my pass ?

Yes, any passes sold at the standard fare (excluding web promotion) can be changed or refunded as long as they have not been used and the expiry date has not passed.

☀️ Is my bank insurance sufficient in the event of an accident ?

Insurance policies linked to bank cards vary from one card and one bank to another. It is therefore your responsability to obtain detailed information from your bank. Our sales staff cannot provide you with this information.

☀️My child has got lost at the resort. What should i do ?

Speak to the staff on site : they are equipped with radios to communicate with each other. 
Some advice : teach your child to seek help from professionals as soon as possible if they get lost.
Leave your mobile number in one of their pockets : this is the first thing we ask a lost child for.

☀️I lost my phone, bank card or other item on the station. Who should i contact ? 

Go the point of sales & pass information desks, or the tourist office in Les Orres 1650, as this often where lost items are handed in.
