What should I do with the receipt given at the checkout?
Keep it! You must present it in the event of loss or breakage. Without it, we won't be able to help you out in the event of a problem. So put it in a pocket other than your ski pass, and preferably in a dry place (wallet, for example). Tip: take a photo of it with your smartphone, so you'll always have it with you!
WHICH MTB PASS TO CHOOSE
Which lifts are accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Chairlifts accessible to people with reduced mobility are identified on the piste map by a wheelchair logo. These include the Fontaines, Pousterle, Prélongis, Pic Vert, Champ Lacas, Crêtes and Prébois chairlifts, as well as the Préclaux carpet lift.
Can I wear my pass wherever I want, or attach it to an elastic band?
The hands-free card should preferably be carried on your left, as the detectors at the lift entrances are always on your left. Put your card alone in a closed pocket so that it doesn't fall out when you take something else out of your pocket. Avoid piercing the card, as this may damage the chip. Do not place metallic or magnetic objects (telephone, bank card, small change) in the same pocket, as this may interfere with the recognition of the hands-free support card.
Do I have to show my lift pass at every lift?
No, your lift pass is a magnetic card that automatically gives you access to the lifts. Simply carry it in a closed pocket on the left-hand side, as the lift detectors are on that side.
Can I get a refund for my rechargeable card at the end of my stay?
No, like most resorts, we don't charge a deposit on cards, as they can be reused for future stays in our resort or others using the Skidata system (the most widespread). So remember to take them with you on your next vacation! Hands-free mounts are also available in summer!
I can't mountain bike anymore. Can I lend my husband's week pass to someone else?
No. All packages are personal, non-transferable and non-transferable. It cannot be lent or transferred, even if you can't or don't want to use it anymore. Caution (cf CGV): Any person using a ski lift giving access to the ski area covered by these terms and conditions, without a pass, or with a pass that does not comply with these terms and conditions, will be liable to the following penalties and proceedings: Payment of a lump-sum indemnity in lieu of prosecution. This lump-sum indemnity is equal to: TWICE the value of a one-day public fare ticket issued by the company in the event of a ticket belonging to a third party or an unjustified reduced fare FIVE times the value of a one-day public fare ticket issued by the company in the event of a repeat of the cases of fraud referred to in the previous paragraph or the absence of a ticket. (Articles L342-15 R 342-19 et R 342-20 du Code du Tourisme)
I've lost my lift pass. What should I do?
Don't panic: if you've kept the paper receipt you received with your lift pass, or your Internet transaction number, take it to a sales outlet and we'll issue a duplicate lift pass for a €10 handling fee. The lost ski pass will be blocked and cannot be used by a third party.
VALIDITY OF SEASON PASS
Validity of season pass
The winter/summer season pass is valid for the entire winter season, from the first to the last day of opening. It is also valid on lifts open during the summer season. The summer season pass is valid for the entire summer season, from the first to the last day of operation.
How long are MTB passes valid for?
The duration of a ski pass is always expressed in consecutive days. For example, a 2-day pass is valid for 2 consecutive days from the first day of mountain biking specified at the time of purchase. The same conditions apply to packages of 3 to 6 consecutive days. Days not used during the validity of the package cannot be carried over or reimbursed (see General Terms and Conditions). For hourly passes, the number of hours is counted consecutively, without interruption, from the first passage through the first lift terminal. If the hour credit has not been used up by the time the lifts close, it will not be carried over to a later day, nor will it be refunded or exchanged.
When can I buy an hourly pass?
Hourly passes can be purchased whenever you like. If purchased online, the 4h package is dated for a given day of use, but at a chosen time of day. In this case, you can recharge several 4h at different times on the same hands-free device (same card). Ex: you can buy it at 09:28 and only start at 10:52, your pass will be valid until 14:52. If purchased at the cash desk or from a vending machine, the 4h pass is not dated. In this case, it can be used on the day and at the time of your choice before the season closes. ATTENTION: you can only have ONE 4h pass at a time on a hands-free device. Ex: you can buy it at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday and use it from 11:40 a.m. the next day.
Can I straddle two days?
No. Even if you start too late to use the 4 hours or 3 hours, the unused part of the pass will not be carried over or refunded.

Please note that the student offer only applies to post-baccalaureate students. The "student" rate is only valid in winter. Yes, on presentation of a valid student card or proof of student status, you will benefit from the preferential rate for one day or more, depending on the length of your stay (purchase at the ticket office only).
Can I get a free or reduced-price pass online (e.g. for children under 5, students, senior citizens, disabled people)?
No, I have to go to a sales point with any official document (identity card, passport, family record book, etc.) or non-official document (health insurance card, health record) if you haven't thought of taking another form of proof. Please note, however, that without such proof, the sales host will not be able to issue a free pass.
I see uphill prices on some lifts, but what about downhill?

What's more, if the card specifies "need of accompaniment", the accompanying person will be entitled to free travel. All passes are, of course, valid for the same period. Please note that discounts cannot be combined, e.g. disabled discount + tribe offer.
What is the Exclu Web rate?
This rate applies to purchases made at least 48 hours before your 1st day of mountain biking, and only on our website. Please note that packages purchased at this rate are NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE. If you're not sure of your dates, it's best to stick to the public rate.
