CHILDCARE

The minimum age for "club marmottes" is 6 months and for the "juni'orres club" is 6 years. We cannot accept children under 6 months for safety reasons. However, if your child's birthday comes up during the week of your stay, we will be happy to welcome him/her.

The childcare registration requires the completion of 2 documents : the dedicated information sheet and a copy of an up-to-date vaccination certificate. The information sheets are available on top of this page and in the confirmation e-mail following your purchase.

If you have any request, please contact us directly by e-mail at the following address : clubenfants@lesorres.com. In case of a booking mistake, we will make the change, depending on available places left.

Both of Childcare (marmottes and Juni'orres) are located in Les Orres 1800, at La Farandole near the beginner's carpet.

We recommend to bring clothes suited to the weather and the planned activity, a water bottle or baby bottle, a comforter and a lolly. For young kids,a complete diaper bag, including a diaper, cream and cotton must be included as well. All clothing and personal items must be tagged with your child's name. Any jewelry and valuables are prohibited, in accordance with our rules.

Arrivals are possible until 10:30am in the morning and until 3pm in the afternoon. After these times, children will be accepted on case-by-case basis, to prevent disturbances in the activities and the rhythm of the other children.

To preserve the health and well-being of every child, we cannot accept children with signs of illness (fever, vomiting, etc.) In the case of illness, a refund is possible under the following conditions : let us know in advance, before the usual date and time of booking and provide a medical certificate.

We invite you to check the activities programme and choose a day that is more suitable for your child.

You can contact the Childcare's staff to ask for it, or go directly to the club. If we found it, we will give it back to you there.

If needed, meals must be provided by parents,in an airtight container. They will be kept in a fridge and reheated if necessary. Meals are not provided for half-day care. Afternoon snacks are provided for children registred in the club marmottes and juni'orres, unless your child has allergies or is under 15 months old.

The staff will take the necessary measures and inform the legal representatives if anything happened.

Unfortunately, we are not authorized to give any medication.
