OWhere i can pick up my multi-activity pass ?
At the central tickets offices in 1650 on the snow front.
I want to get a 6-day multi-activity pass for my child, but my child turned 12 during these 6 days
The age to be considered for a person will be determined as of the first day of validity of the pass to be issued. In this case, if your child is 11 years old on the first day of the Passp'Orres, you should get a child's passp'Orres for them.

No, it is not possible to change activities. Only the activities included as unlimited on the Passp'Orres are allowed to be used without limits.
Can i be refunded it my stay ends before the expiration of my multi-activity pass ?
We do not refund passp'Orres once they have been used.
Is the multi-activity pass refundable ?
The passp'Orres multi-activity pass can be changed and refunded as long as it has not been used and the expiry date has not passed
Can i pay for my multi-activity pass with vacation vouchers ?
You can pay with electronic vacation vouchers on our online sales sites, and with paper vacation vouchers directly at the 1650 tickets offices.
